By accessing this website and/or placing an order and/or by placing any telephone orders/bookings, you and your party agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Using this website indicates that you and your party accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Terms and Conditions for Overnight Ghost Hunts, Ghost Suppers, Paranormal Investigations, Psychic Workshops and Events

PLEASE READ

1.All participants in the event must be in good health, persons of an excessive nervous nature or anyone suffering a heart condition, or are recently bereaved are advised not to attend, some walking and climbing of many uneven stairs/spiral staircases such as those found in old Castles may sometimes be necessary as will moving in about in darkness. Some locations we visit may also not be suitable for disabled access.  Please contact us on 0115 9224881 for any enquiries regarding any of the above before you book an event with us.

2.The minimum age for participants to a Dusk Till Dawn Event is 18 years old.
Please note that as these public events are for participants aged 18 years and over strong adult language may be occasionally heard.Depending on the location during our events we sometimes use tools such a Ouija Boards, Glass Divination and Table Tipping to encourage Spirit Activity. Should you be easily offended please do not book.

3. Due to restrictions at our locations pregnant woman are not allowed on any of our events.

4.IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: If anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing alcoholic drinks to the event, they will not be allowed to stay for the night and will be removed from the premises immediately regardless of any adverse weather conditions and or travel arrangements No Refunds will be given.

5.BEHAVIOUR POLICY PLEASE READ: Aggressive, Rude and Threatening behavior towards any member of Dusk Till Dawn Events Staff, Person(s) and or Guests attending any event will not be tolerated. Any Guest(s) Persons(s) displaying any behaviour that is deemed unnacceptable will be removed from the event regardless of any adverse weather conditions and or travel arrangements No Refunds will be given.

6. Dusk Till Dawn Events do not allow smoking indoors at any of our locations. Candles or other potential fire hazards are not to be used during your stay.

7. There are no sleeping facilities at our locations unless as advertised on the Dusk Till Dawn Events web site.

8. You will stay with your allocated group and not work alone, unless indicated to do so or permission gained from the Team Coordinator.

9.All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your party are your own responsibility. Dusk Till Dawn Events will not be liable for any loss or damage to luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to the participants before, during and after the event however caused.

10. Although Dusk Till Dawn Events cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen.We advise you to stay with your group during your visit to the location and all members of your team should preferably have their own third party public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover your party during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories. You are staying at the location at your own risk; we accept no liability for any death, accident or injury to yourselves, however caused.

11.By Booking with Dusk Till Dawn Events you agree that all footage and pictures taken during the event by Dusk Till Dawn Events can be used by Dusk Till Dawn Events Limited and its sister sites.

12. Occasionally, Events or Guest Mediums may change or are cancelled or postponed by Dusk Till Dawn Events due to weather conditions or situations out of our control. If the event is rescheduled, we will make every effort to ensure you receive a transfer on to another available event. No Refunds will be given.

13.In most cases all events take place, ONLY IF Dusk Till Dawn Events cancel an event due to circumstances out of our control, will you be contacted and offered a place on another event. No Refunds will be given. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur such as accommodation bookings and travel costs.

14. Dusk Till Dawn Events make no guarantees regarding paranormal activity at any of our events. Therefore we are not responsible for any information or lack of during the event.No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our guest psychics, mediums, clairvoyants, hosts or co-ordinators should be interpreted as factual or actual.

15. You agree that any and all services from Dusk Till Dawn Events are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees thus Dusk Till Dawn Events are not liable for any information or happenings regarding the validity, truth, or likelihood of any and all information obtained from our Employees, Contractors, Psychics, Mediums, Clairvoyants, Co-ordinators or Hosts on any of our events.

16. You, the Member, Guest, are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when our Co-ordinators, Psychics, Mediums, Clairvoyants or Hosts suggest something to you, it is of their opinion and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.
 
17. We welcome your feedback on all of our events. If you have a problem or complaint during the event/day please bring it to the attention to a member of the Dusk Till Dawn Events staff as soon as possible so that they have a chance to put matters right. If your problem is not resolved during the event/day please contact us, including your order number, party name the event was booked under and the venue details. We consider it unreasonable if you take no action during the actual event/day or do not contact us within an acceptable time of 7 days after the event has taken place.

18. Any event due to take place wholly or partially in the open air is likely to be affected by unsuitable/adverse weather conditions.In this case, Dusk Till Dawn Events Reserve the right to relocate the event to an area, which is undercover . In most cases all events take place, and it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions for the time of year for ANY event booked whether undercover OR in the open air.

19. Dusk Till Dawn Events suggest you either secure accommodation following the event or book transport home due to possible tiredness caused by the event. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused before or after the event. Tiredness kills.

20. Throughout the event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, or effect of property etc.

21. Please note that all stories about the location are not fabricated. The Dusk Till Dawn Events Team have on occasion witnessed and recorded paranormal activity in various locations.

22.Dusk Till Dawn Events cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night of the event.

23. All bookings made through Dusk Till Dawn Events means you and your parties acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting and agreeing with these Terms and Conditions you and your party are further indemnifying the promoters/organisers/individuals from and against all legal liability in respect of any claims,damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or persons, or damage to any property arising from the client's participation and involvement in the event or activity or premises pertaining to the event.

24. Dusk Till Dawn Events are sure you will have a good time, be respectful to the Spirit World and to others involved in the event, be open minded in your approach, being openly cynical will spoil and tarnish the event for everyone, soak up the atmosphere and try to communicate with spirit! You never know what to expect, as every event is unique.

25. Photos & recordings are allowed on the night with consent by Dusk Till Dawn Events and are for the sole use of the owner and are not to be used in the public domain without prior consent of all People participating in  the event.
 
26. All prices are subject to change without notice and from time to time Dusk Till Dawn Events will promote events/products via different sources. Prices on these offers may vary from the original price.Promotional or sale offers will not be given/offered or honoured to Customers who have already paid or purchased before or after these offers,sales or promotions expire.

1. INTRODUCTION
         1. You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
         2. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.

2. ORDERING FROM US
         1. You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
         2. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
         3. We may refuse to accept an order:
               1. where goods are not available;
               2. where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
               3. if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
               4. if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3. PRICING
         1. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
         2. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
         3. Our prices are reviewed periodically.
 Dusk Till Dawn Events do reserve the right to offer special promotions from time to time on our events.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
         1. If you wish to cancel your order:
               1. you can notify us by filling in our contact form before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
               2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 and clause 7 for overnight ghost hunts below.
               3. For Refunds and Cancellation Policy for Overnight Ghost Hunts, Ghost Suppers ,Paranormal Investigations & or other Overnight Events see clause 7 below.
         2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time in their original packaging, unopened and in good condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
         3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required minus the cost of any administrative and re-stocking costs.
         4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used.
         5. We strongly suggest that you inspect the goods before accepting them from the courier as any item that is signed for in good condition will not be refunded if returned damaged.
         6. If an item is returned within 14 days of receipt as a faulty item then contact Dusk Till Dawn Events Limited who will arrange to have the items collected for repair or replacement. If an item is to be returned after this time period then the customer is responsible for any postage (return to base warranty) to Dusk Till Dawn Events Limited. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt by Dusk Till Dawn Events Limited, and as such Dusk Till Dawn Events Limited will not be held liable for any items returned. (Dusk Till Dawn Events Limited strongly suggests when returning an item that suitable insurance is taken out to cover the item i.e. Registered Postage)
            The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
         7.Refund/Cancellation Policy for Overnight Ghost Hunts, Ghost Suppers, Paranormal Investigations & all other Overnight /Events.
 
All deposits are non refundable.
Please Note: If you do not pay the final balance before or on the final payment due by date shown on the event your booked place(s) will automatically be removed and you will lose your deposit(s) without notice.
 
Refunds for events paid in full

             If you cancel any paid in full booking within a seven (7) working day period we will issue a full refund less a 5% * administration charge.
             Requests for a refund more than Eight (8) weeks before the event will be paid less a 50% * cancellation charge.
           
             Requests for a refund between Eight (8) and Six (6) weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 75% * cancellation charge.
 
No refunds for any circumstances will be given less than Six (6) weeks prior to the event if you are unsure do not book an event as no allowences will be given.
 
Transfers to other events

             No refunds or transfers onto other events for any circumstances will be given less than Six (6) weeks prior to the event.If you are unsure then please do not book an event as no allowences will be given.
 
 If you cancel or cannot make the event no refunds or transfers will be given less than Six (6) weeks prior to the event.If you are unsure then please do not book the event as no allowences will be given under any circumstances.
 
Transfer requests are allowed only once.

             * This percentage relates to the FULL cost of the event.
 
Refund Terms should Dusk Till Dawn Events have to cancel any event
In most cases all events take place, ONLY IF Dusk Till Dawn Events cancel an event due to circumstances out of our control, will you be contacted and offered a place on another event.No Refunds will be given. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur such as accommodation bookings and travel costs.

             If you cannot attend an event please contact Dusk Till Dawn Events or call us on 07966798227 as soon as possible and let us know even if it is less than  6 weeks to the event so we know that you will not be attending.

            Dusk Till Dawn Events reserve the right to change any refund policies without notice.
 
5. LICENCE
         1. You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
               1. No documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
               2. No graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
               3. Any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
         2. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors.          4. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
