Refund Policy for Overnight Ghost Hunts, Ghost Suppers, Paranormal Investigations & all other Overnight/Events.
All deposits are non refundable
Refunds for events paid in full
If you cancel any paid in full booking within seven (7) working days from the date of booking we will issue a full refund less a 5% * administration charge.
Requests for a refund more than Eight (8) weeks before the event will be paid less a 50% * cancellation charge.
Requests for a refund between Eight (8) and Six (6) weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 75% * cancellation charge.
No refunds for any circumstances will be given less than Six (6) weeks prior to the event if you are unsure do not book an event as no allowences will be given.
No transfers for any circumstances will be given less than Six (6) weeks prior to the event if you are unsure do not book an event as no allowences will be given.
If you cancel or cannot make the event no refunds or transfers will be given less than Six (6) weeks prior to the event if you are unsure do not book an event as no allowences will be given.
* This percentage relates to the FULL cost of the event.
Refund Terms should Dusk Till Dawn Events have to cancel any event.
In most cases all events take place, ONLY IF Dusk Till Dawn Events cancel an event due to circumstances out of our control, will you be contacted and offered a place on another event.No Refunds will be given. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur such as accommodation bookings and travel costs.
