Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Following government advice, our ghost hunting events are still scheduled and going ahead. If you are joining us, our safety measures will remain in place for the health and safety of all attendees, this will include the wearing of facemasks, whilst inside the location, unless exempt, along with the continued practise of social distancing and the use of hand sanitiser as usual.

We will of course continue to keep a close watch on any latest updates by the government regarding the Covid-19 virus and any future advice given from the health authorities should there be any changes. Currently we will only be accepting deposit payments bookings via our website and will not be accepting any final balance payments before the 4 weeks prior to an event date, please note when your balance is due, we will send you an email to remind you to your email address given at the time of making your booking.

Because advice is continually changing, should there be any future changes and if we need to, we will of course contact you personally, once we have looked at the best course of action regarding each scheduled event, naturally the safety of our guests and team is paramount to us.

1. We continue to work hard behind the scenes, conversing with our locations on a regular basis to ensure that the same or similar dates/events can be offered to any booking that maybe affected.

2. In the eventuality that your booked event may have to be rescheduled, you will be contacted via the contact information that you have given at the time of making your booking.

3. Should any alternative date/event offered not be suitable, then a credit of any monies paid for your postponed event can be added to your account that you can use against any available future ghost hunt of choice via the Dusk Till Dawn Events website.

In light of any COVID-19 circumstances, in addition to our above terms, please note should any event be required to be rescheduled, a future date will be offered or a credit of any monies paid as shown above.
